SUPPLY event spaces are perfect for hosting workshops, staff summits, conferences, launch parties, baby showers and more!
SUPPLY LARGE -$1,450
A beautifully lit, open space that includes our large event space as well as our open lobby area. This space is our largest and may be customized depending on the style and needs of your event.
SUPPLY MEDIUM - $600
Another beautifully-lit event space for your party of 20-30 people. This space is perfect for off-site inspirational meetings, bridal showers, and baby showers and includes access to our patio area, weather permitting.
SUPPLY STUDIO - $850
The Studio at SUPPLY is a bright, all white, naturally lit room with plenty of space to shoot products and portraits or host an event! Located across from our working kitchen, the Studio is the perfect option for 50-70 people
SUPPLY ROOFTOP $750
Available Weekdays after 7pm
Saturday all day
The two-story rooftop space features a well-lit second floor room with access to a rooftop terrace. This space is perfect for rooftop bridal showers, baby showers and birthday parties, as well as meetings with clients or committees. This space, ideal for 20-30 people, is both cozy and contemporary, featuring modern furniture, hardwood floors and stylish furniture.
EVENTS AT SUPPLY WORK LIKE THIS:
6 Hour party window
recommended: 2 hours set-up, 3 hours EVENT & 1 hour clean-up
additional HOURS are optional for a nominal fee; however HOURS CAN NOT BE TAKEN AWAY TO REDUCE THE PRICE
Furniture included:
Up to (15) 8' x 3' wooden folding tables
Up to 150 white folding chairs
Furniture in the building can be moved to different event spaces depending on SUPPLY’s schedule
SITE MANAGER
AT least one supply staff member will be onsite for the duration of your contracted rental timeframe.
Booking process
WHEN YOU ARE READY TO BOOK, SIMPLY SEND AN E-MAIL TO hello@supplymanheim.com
with your choice or room, date and six-hour party window
we’ll respond with an online Quote, booking proposal + contract
We require a 50% deposit + signed contract to secure the date for your event
The remaining 50% will be due 30 days before the event
ALL PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE ONLINE OR VIA CHECK
Other FAQ
Can we have alcohol? Yes, with a host liquor liability insurance policy provided by you or YOUR caterer
Can we hang things on the wall? Yes, with low-tac washi tape. Any other type of adhesive will damage the walls and may require an additional fee for repairs
Can we bring our own food - Yes
Do we have access to the kitchen - YES, BUT THE KITCHEN IS A SHARED SPACE SO IF THERE ARE MULTIPLE EVENTS HAPPENING AT THE SAME TIME, IT WILL BE SHARED as needed BETWEEN clients.
